Vehicles
The SUV vehicles are rented from a rental company and insurance is included - excluding tires, windows, windshield and underbody.
The drivers will sign for the vehicles with the rental company and will be responsible for the return of the vehicle in proper condition. To rent the vehicles a valid international credit card is required for each driver to cover any additional charges / damages.
The drivers must be over the age of 24!
Every driver must check his vehicle before driving off to identify and mark any scratches / damages the vehicle has, and to ensure the vehicle is in proper working condition. This is to prevent unjustified charges of the credit card for damages.
Flights
In the event of changes in flight prices or changes made by the airline, the cost will be updated accordingly. The proposal is based on the flight schedule and prices quoted at the time of the proposal. Since airlines may change prices on an hourly basis, any increase in the price of the flight will be added to the total cost of the tour.
A change in flight schedule, will result in a change in the duration of the tour and adjustments to the route as needed. Additional costs that are incurred due to the flight schedule will be added to the cost of the tour. We recommend making sure your travel insurance covers additional expenses due to flight schedule change or delays.
Important Information Regarding the Tours
You must have a passport that is valid for at least six months past the arrival date.
It is mandatory to have travel insurance applicable to jeep tours that includes health insurance, luggage & personal belongings coverage, cancellation fees and Corona Shield coverage.
The route of the tour on the first and last days depends on the flight times and will be customized accordingly.
Israel Jeep Tourism reserves the right to change the tour plan due to external factors such as: daytime hours, weather, mechanical malfunctions in vehicles, roadblocks, in-the-field decisions made by the guide, etc.
The tour plan outlines the places and sites we will visit - based on logistics and organizational requirements, as well as the group needs and desires, the order could be changed and moved around.
Price and General Conditions
Based on a minimum of 8 participants and a maximum of 24 participants
The price is per traveler in a double room
The price is for four travelers in a car
Extra cost per participant staying in a single room: 150$
Extra cost per participant during holidays: 85$
The Tour Includes
- Flights
- Jeeps from the Suzuki Crossover category or similar
- Jeep Management team, including a guide, rescue equipment, first aid and a full picnic kit (cooking equipment and coffee kit)
- Fuel for jeeps for the duration of the trip
- Walkie-talkie for every jeep
- Overnight stays as specified
- Meals on a half board basis
- Entrance fees to the sites and natural reserves
- Highway tolls as required
- Bottled mineral water for the hiking trails
Not Included in the Tour Price
- Travel & personal belongings insurance applicable to jeep tours
- Deductible reimbursement insurance in case of damage to the jeep
- Personal expenses (soft drinks at meals, souvenirs, etc.).

Cancellation Policy
Registration and handling fee of 200$ is included in the price of the trip, but will not be refunded in case of cancellation by the group.
Cancellation of the tour 7-14 business days prior to the arrival date, will be charged at 50% of the cost of the tour excluding the flights.
Cancellation of the tour 7 business days or less prior to the arrival date, will be charged at 100% of the cost of the tour. (No money can be refunded)
The cancellation policy for the flight tickets is as specified by the cancellation policy of the airline with which the flight was booked.
The cancellation of the tours is in accordance to the Israeli regulation for consumer protection: "Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 5771-2010" and the "Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981".
The Routes
The off road routes in each tour may change from time to time due to the conditions of the terrain (dirt roads, snow, etc.), the instructions and requirements of local municipalities, construction work, road blocks or any instruction given by the guide in the field to ensure your safety.
